When you are excited to impatience, think for a moment how much more reason God has to be angry with you, than you can have for anger against any human being; and yet how constant is His patience and forbearance.
Am I not here who am your mother? Are you not under my shadow and protection? Am I not the source of your joy? Are you not in the folds of my mantle, in the crossing of my arms? Do you need anything more?

Living faith is the firm conviction that God exists, the acceptance - as truth - of all that has been revealed by God, and a loving readiness to be led by the divine will.
I am no longer my own. Whether I live or whether I die, I belong to my Savior. I have nothing of my own. God is my all, and my whole being is His.
She is a breath of divine power, a most pure effusion of the Most High; hence nothing sullied can ever contaminate her. She is a reflection of the eternal light, a spotless mirror of God’s activity, an image of his excellence. She is indeed more beautiful than the sun, surpasses all the constellations, and compared to light itself, she is more brilliant.
The Lord could have created a more beautiful heaven, He could have made a larger world, but He could not have created a mother greater than the Mother of God.
Do not persist in your unbelief, but believe!
I didn’t go to religion to make me happy. I always knew a bottle of Port would do that. If you want a religion to make you feel really comfortable, I certainly don’t recommend Christianity.

If God causes you to suffer much, it is a sign that He has great designs for you, and that He certainly intends to make you a saint.
